Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom is an upcoming animated film and the sequel to Kung Fu Panda.[1] It is set to be in 3-D and will be directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson, with most of the original cast returning in the previous film, along with newer characters.[1] The film is set to be released on June 3, 2011. It was originally going to be named Kung Fu Panda 2: Pandamonium. Jack Black, the voice of Po the Panda, announced a Kung Fu Panda sequel during the 2009 Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards. The film stars the voice of Jack Black as Po, along with the voices of Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu and David Cross.
